Randy Ribeiro

Head Coach

  • Spent the 2022 and 2023 seasons as the head coach of both the men’s and women’s teams of Electric City FC

  • Previously, he was an assistant coach for FC London’s women’s team, and head coach of their reserve team.

Michael Warden

  • Head Coach of FFTW Academy in

  • Played for Wilfried Laurier University

  • Previously volunteered as Assistant Coach of Wilfrid Laurier University’s soccer program

Keith Mason

Director of Soccer Operations

  • University of Guelph soccer men’s Head Coach 2000-2024;

  • University of Guelph soccer women’s Head Coach 1989-1996;

  • OUA West and U Sports Coach of the Year 2011;

  • Staff Coach at Ontario Soccer Association 1992-2013;

  • Member of coaching staff for Team Canada at FISU games 2003, 2011, 2015.

We are extremely excited to be apart of League 1 Ontario in 2021. With close ties to the University of Guelph soccer program, we look forward to building a team our community and fans can get behind.

Team Physiotherapist

  • Bachelors in Human Kinetics from the University of Ottawa, Masters in Physical Therapy from the University of Toronto, Master of Clinical Science in Advanced Health Care Practice (Sport and Exercise Medicine) from the University of Western Ontario

  • Founder, Owner and Physiotherapist at Instil Physio (www.instilphysio.ca)

  • Sport Physiotherapy Diploma with Sport Physiotherapy Canada, Neurofunctional Sports Performance Practitioner

  • Clinical focus is on supporting female athletes at all life stages and levels of sport with the ultimate goal of helping to advance women in sport

  • Experience working with elite gymnastics, soccer (Guelph Union 2022), OHL hockey (Guelph Storm 2019), NHL hockey off-season, volleyball, etc.

Dana Renfrew

Athletic Therapist

  • BAHSc in Athletic Therapy from Sheridan College, and Honours BSc in Biomedical Science from the University of Guelph

  • Varsity Athletic Therapist for Durham College

  • Experience working with high-performance volleyball (Canada Cup 2023), soccer (Guelph Union 2021 & 2022), and hockey (Brampton Beast 2018-2020)
