Ivan Joseph steps down as GUFC women’s team head coach

The head coach of our women’s team, Ivan Joseph, stepped down from his position after the conclusion of the 2023 season, due to personal reasons, which will not allow him to have enough time to be at practices and games in 2024.

Ivan will be leaving our team in great shape, after managing to clinch a spot in the top 10 teams in League1 Ontario, which will form the top-tier Premier division starting next season.

“Ivan did an excellent job for us, and he played a huge role in ensuring our women's team made it to the 2024 League1 Ontario Premier Division. We are happy to say Ivan will continue to help behind the scenes within the club.”

- Keith Mason, Guelph United GM

Guelph United would like to thank Ivan for the excellent job he did in 2023, guiding the team to its highest finish in history.

Stay tuned to our website and social media, as we will soon unveil our new head coach.
