Guelph United has signed Swiss youth international keeper Leana Claude for the 2025 season. Claude has played professionally for Young Boys Frauen in her home country, and is currently a U Sports All Star.

Guelph United is happy to announce the signing of Canadian wing-back Emma Warren for the 2025 season. Emma spent the last 2 years playing for the Vermont Catamounts in US college soccer, and for North Toronto Nitros in L1O.

GM Keith Mason to take over as Men’s Head Coach in 2025

GUFC Women ends season on high note; men lose again
That’s a wrap on our women’s 2024 season, and what an ending it’s been. A 7-1 dismantling of 2023 champions Alliance United, and a 4-match undefeated streak (3 wins and a draw), to finish in 6th place of L1O’s Premier Division - our highest ever ranking (after ending 13th in 2022, and 12th in 2023).

Yesterday’s double-header saw both of our teams face the Vaughan Azzurri, at the Centennial Bowl, in a festive atmosphere due to the Guelph Soccer Day event. Our men’s team lost, but our women’s team got to within one point of confirming the survival from relegation.
