Guelph United signs Canadian midfielder Olivia Stavropoulos
Another day, another new player announcement for Guelph United. Today, we can reveal we signed Canadian midfielder Olivia Stavropoulos for the 2025 season.
Born in Kitchener, ON, Olivia is a current member of the Guelph Gryphons in U Sports, for which, in her first 2 seasons, she appeared in 19 matches and scored 5 goals.
Last year, she also made her League1 Ontario debut, playing in the L1O Championship for BVB IA Waterloo, and helping them promote to the Premier division. She amassed 18 appearances for Waterloo’s senior squad, and another 7 for their Reserves, scoring twice.
