U Sports All-Star Zoë Rowe signs with Guelph United

Our string of signing some of the best U Sports athletes in the country continues. Today, we’re happy to announce we signed U Sports All-Star forward Zoë Rowe.

Hailing from Newfoundland - like her new teammate Hannah Neville - Zoë has had an incredible university career for the Memorial Sea-Hawks, where she was a teammate with another new GUFC player, Leana Claude.

In her 4 years with the Sea-Hawks, Zoë played in 45 games, scoring an impressive 28 goals, and adding 6 assists. In 2024, she was a U Sports First Team All-Star, after finishing second in the country in both goals and points.

She was also a 2-time AUS All-Star, a winner of multiple local and provincial awards, and the Golden Boot in the 2022 Jubilee Cup, playing for her local club Feildians Athletic Association. In 2024, she made her League1 Ontario debut, playing in 8 matches for the Simcoe County Rovers, and scoring once.

I chose to join Guelph United FC this summer because of the club’s strong commitment to excellence and player development. Considering Randy’s dedication to developing athletes, I’m excited to be part of such a competitive and supportive environment, and the opportunity to continue growing as a player. I’ve heard impressive things about the club and the community. Guelph is a vibrant city and I can’t wait to experience it firsthand. Go Guelph United FC!
