With only 6 senior players available for selection, and even some reserve players away with their U-Sports teams, Guelph United stood no chance in an away matchup to a Sigma FC team with much fewer roster issues, on Saturday afternoon in Mississauga.

GUFC Women ends season on high note; men lose again
That’s a wrap on our women’s 2024 season, and what an ending it’s been. A 7-1 dismantling of 2023 champions Alliance United, and a 4-match undefeated streak (3 wins and a draw), to finish in 6th place of L1O’s Premier Division - our highest ever ranking (after ending 13th in 2022, and 12th in 2023).
